Yes, we know that computer games and a lot of other screen based activities
are fun! Definately.
BUT, there are other things that are much more important for you. Like to do the
home work, to eat healthy, and to use your body.
Research shows that physical activities develops your coordination and your
brain, which means that the more you use your body in outdoor activities the
better you will be in front of the screen, and not at least at school :). And of
course, physical activities make you stronger, healthier and fitter in many
ways.
